World Vision is a development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. In-order to increase the effectiveness of internal process management, World Vision Armenia (WVA) needed an online project management software. The solution empowered WVA’s business decision makers and managers to assign tasks to staff or to departments and track their completion, track programmatic and strategic outputs and outcome level indicators status (track Key performance indicators through performance management system). Each project/department has a dashboard home page that summarizes all the information regarding the project into a comprehensive, easily digestible form that provides a “one-stop-shop” for people interested in understanding the overall status of the project/department at a glance. In addition, the online management system allowed to automate processes, replace paper based order transfers and to ensure transparency and accountability of project implementation.
