VivaCell-MTS needed a solution, which would improve and enhance their current collaboration platforms. The main requirements were to consolidate various information flows into a single enterprise collaboration platform and centralizing process management. This included promoting the collaboration platform as file sharing within the enterprise and improving the existing project management practices by integrating the Microsoft Project Server 2013™.

In-order to increase the employee engagement the existing internal company intranet was redesigned and rebuilt from scratch to comply with general requirements like intuitive UI for best end-user experience, company services reach, efficient management, etc. The deployed solution has more than 1400 users. The total duration for the project including maintenance was 2 years.
