The internal document and workflow management system developed for the Central Bank of Armenia automated all inner document management processes, and replaced all paper documents with their electronic copies. The system allowed unification and optimization in term of document and information flows inside the organization. As a result, the time needed for creating and managing document collaboration was significantly reduced. The open architecture based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 allowed easy integration with in-house LOB systems such as IBM Lotus Notes, Fax server, reporting and external systems as Document Management System of Armenian Government and others. The solutions has more than 800 users. The implementation started in 2008 and was finished by 2011. Since then the system has been under maintenance until 2015.
