Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau is a self-regulatory organization legally recognized by the state, established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, whose members are insurance companies working in the sphere of Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance (CMTPLI). The system developed for the bureau automated main internal processes and claim management processes. The following major functions were integration in the bureau:

• Internal collaboration, approval and feedback mechanisms
• Internal directories and register management modules
• Knowledge base system
• CRM module for clients’ claims management
